There are two main types of dolls’ orifices: movable (insertion) and fixed (built-in).
After using the removable vagina, you can pull out the sleeve after use, like a thin meat lamp. Then, you just need to rinse with warm water and soap, and then dry. You may also have to wipe off excess lubricating oil from the labia of the doll. But the process is very quick and easy. You can lubricate the outside of the insert to make it easier to insert and unplug. I personally recommend using removable vaginas, but some people say they don’t feel good, for example, because in some models, the insert may not fit properly and slide in the hole.
The built-in vagina is more difficult to clean. Some people use soapy water and a sponge to wipe it in place on the soap, but others recommend taking it to the toilet or sitting on a bucket, and then rinsing the vagina with a douche. It then needs to be dried, which usually requires some kind of fan or pump (such as an aquarium air pump) to ensure the air circulation in the holes. You can also use an absorption stick to dry it, which is even included in some dolls these days. If your doll is silicone, you can also use antibacterial gel to further clean it. However, it is not recommended to use it on TPE Sex Doll because it will weaken the strength of the material
If you have a built-in vagina, there is another option, using female condoms. You can push them into the vagina and then pull them out when you are done, so there is no need to clean them. However, some people say that it is not ideal, and sometimes female condoms still break, especially if you reuse them.
